Dr. Wes Feltner is the Founder and President of Lead Well Ministries, a ministry that exists to teach, train, and transform lives through biblical preaching, leadership development, and global missions.

Dr. Wes Feltner holds a Ph.D. in Leadership, an M.Div in Theology, has spent 25 years in pastoral ministry, taught at various seminaries, and is the author of two books. In addition, Dr. Feltner has offered a variety of leadership training in non-ministry settings.
